Family- the crazy people that loves you even at your worst

A Sunday school teacher was discussing the Ten Commandments with her five and six year olds. After explaining the commandment to "honor" thy Father and thy Mother, she asked, "Is there a commandment that teaches us how to treat our brothers and sisters?"
Without missing a beat one little boy (the oldest of a family) answered, "Thou shall not kill."
Lol. How many of you guys could relate to that?! (stands and raises hands high). We all have either a sibling or other family member(s) that pesters, annoys, or irritate us at times. They stir up a chemical concuction in us that causes us to blow up , they raise our stress levels to an optimum, they do things either by action or words that do not line up to our "please me" book. Sometimes it takes the grace of  God not to "clasp my hands together" with their necks in the middle. But when we spare them we realize just how important they are to us. In the end they love us just because. They pick up for us, they are there when we've come across situations to hard for one alone, they choose to love us. When we learn to be patient and kind to the ones we love, we see that the good outweighs the bad. Sure your little sis doesn't know when to quit; but when she finally needs you, its because she knows you still care. Sure when your mom nags you all the time, you wanna head for the hills; but its probably that the more they nag the more they care. I know what you're thinking.."stop caring so much!"...but its not that simple. Your family is where you're suppose to first experience love. When you are at your worst, yet these crazy people still love you, just as you are, flaws and all.
